Ended up marking JSON.isRawJSON and JSON.rawJSON as non-standard, as these were apparently not integrated in ECMAScript, see: https://github.com/search?q=org%3Atc39+rawJSON+NOT+repo%3Atc39%2Ftest262&type=code

@caugner the PR is not yet merged, but they should not be marked as non-standard. They're standard the moment when they reach stage 4 - the PR being merged isn't a prerequisite for that.

Gotcha! What made me believe these features were intentionally not included in the spec was that no PR showed up searching for rawJSON, whereas another feature associated with this spec - internalizejsonproperty - was already included in the spec.

Depending on the outcome of w3c/browser-specs#2323 (comment), we will add back the spec URLs for isRawJSON/rawJSON as part of bumping to the next web-specs version, by reverting this PR, or by adding an exception.

tc39/proposals@3f8f20d should avoid this going forward.
